Players get to ball-handle with a professional basketball player every day, while coaches and parents can complete a 5-minute bodyweight workout.
While 5 minutes might not seem significant, at the end of your commitment you’ll have logged over 2 hours of work!
And for all you coaches & parents out there… here’s the body weight workout of the day. Please make sure to check with your healthcare provider before starting this challenge 🙂
Once you’ve completed your 5-minute workout, you earn the right to make an “X” on your calendar.
Make sure to place your calendar on your bathroom mirror so it’s the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you see at night. I’ve been marking my calendar for over 1,000 days straight!
