DAY 30: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15th

Welcome to the 30-Day Hoop Commitment.  Join me every day to complete your 5-minute workout and Earn Your X.

Players get to ball-handle with a professional basketball player every day, while coaches and parents can complete a 5-minute bodyweight workout.

While 5 minutes might not seem significant, at the end of your commitment you’ll have logged over 2 hours of work!
