If it has to do with nutrition, workouts or leadership, I love to talk about it. If you’re looking for an energetic person who is passionate about performance, I’m your guy.
Here’s a list of environments where I’m at my best. I’ve learned to love speaking to groups in a variety of settings. Here are the four areas where I have a lot of experience:
I’ve presented at multiple conferences on strength & conditioning, nutrition and leadership, including through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Focused Fitness and the Gray Institute. Some of the topics were titled, “One Thing: Building nutrition habits that last“, “Move in 3D: How to warm-up your team“, and “A New Definition Of Greatness: Creating successful families, teams and businesses“.
Although I’m a basketball speaker, I also love connecting with teams in the business world. I’ve helped conduct organizational Fitness Challenges, Lunch & Learns and New Year’s Kick Off speeches. In addition to doing seminars for my own business, U-District PT, some of my favorite talks have been for Washington Trust Bank and Lee & Hayes, PLLC.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching multiple classes at Gonzaga University, including nutrition, biomechanics, health and human movement. I’ve presented at Whitworth University, Whitman College and Eastern Washington University and also love speaking at high schools and middle schools!

My favorite time of the year is camp season. I remember playing high school ball and eating up whatever the college coaches said. It’s fun to be on the other end of it now, helping athletes improve their mindset. In addition to speaking at SYSA and Dan Dickau camps, I’ve ran NBC Camps in Alaska, California, Canada, Italy, Oregon and Washington.
