He’s the President of Robertson Training Systems and the co-owner of Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training (IFAST) in Indianapolis, Indiana. IFAST has been named one fo the Top 10 Gyms in America by Men’s Health magazine numerous times, as was also a fitness award winner by Women’s Health Magazine.
We caught up to discuss basketball weight training for high school athletes. Mike has a unique background because he started his career as a powerlifter, and eventually transitioned to coaching athletes in sports performance. Combining both worlds allows him to use an endless amount of tools and techniques to help his basketball players.
