Repetition without Repetition

In this week’s episode, I am going solo and talking about training and how to improve without the weight room becoming monotonous. I go over the nine ways to progress and enhance skills so that players do not have to use the same repetitive movements. Through the use of loads, rate, duration, height, distance, angles, environment, positions, and drivers you can create endless variations in the weight room and on the court.
